Summary: A Faylene Sky formed in Providence, RI in 2008. After a few months they started to develop a strong local fan base in Rhode Island and started to open up for many national acts including Vanna, The Sleeping, Our Last Night, and many more. In September of 2008, they released The Hero Vs. Us EP which gave them a national fanbase through internet promotion. At the same recording sessions of The Hero Vs. Us, they also recorded a cover of Katy Perry's song "I Kissed A Girl". As of right now, A Faylene Sky is currently working on their EP titled Define Alive that will be released in July of 2009.
