Summary: JON HOPE In this new era of ringtone rappers and novelty acts, Jon Hope has been creating a buzz in Hip Hop solely off music with substance. His potent delivery and distinct voice have captured the ears of many. Hailing from Providence, Rhode Island, Jon Hope independently released mixtapes “To Whom It May Concern” and “The Audacity” hosted by Smashsquad DJ Statik Selektah. Jon Hope has also worked with G.O.O.D. Music producer Devo Springsteen and shared the stage with Hip Hop’s elite that include Nas, Talib Kweli, and the legendary Rakim. Hope looks to deter critics who feel that art and commerce can not coexist with the upcoming release of his debut offering Somekind of Wonderful EP. With his stock steadily rising, Jon Hope will be a player to watch in the near future. www.JONHOPE.net www.myspace.com/jonhope401
