On the serious, what exactly is the plan here?

I know he's no great shakes, but it's worth repeating (again and again) that Kevin Cash's bat makes Mirabelli look like Piazza in his prime.

Is Kottaras finally ready to catch the knuckleball? Because given our dinged up rotation, we're gonna be needing Wake more than ever this spring.

Or is there a trade in the works?
