Now picture this: you’re struggling to hold your downward dog when right next door stands a creamy, inviting J.P. Licks. And yet BLISSFUL MONKEY YOGA STUDIO draws scores of devotees whose willpower over tasty ice cream is astonishing. It’s one of the only yoga spots around to offer prenatal classes. A handful of noontime slots are a measly $10 a pop. And the studio welcomes beginners and pros alike (as well as children: three classes cater to the under-five set). Om. Just don’t ask for sprinkles on top.
