Congress Street’s most fashionable swillery repeats on a couple of last year’s wins — Best Jukebox and Best Pick-Up Spot — and adds a couple of new plaques to its wall of fame (which already includes a mention in Esquire as one of America’s top bars). The jukebox will remain unmatched for generations. The pick-ups make us jealous every Friday night. The bar hosts some of Portland’s best DJ nights and some of its brightest young artists. The drink deal — a PBR Pounder and a shot of Evan Williams for $4 — can’t be beat. For all that, your patio, your rad bartenders, your courteous bouncers, and whatever else we forgot, we salute you.
