The festivities commence at 2 p.m. in Room 801 of Boston City Hall. And the public is free to watch! Should be an interesting scene, to say the least. NOTE: I'd initially labeled this a "recount," but it isn't; the big problem is that votes in eight precincts were never counted to begin with. My apologies.
