Watching DevalPatrickWatch

I’ve been looking forward to the Margolis twins’ launch of the DevalPatrickWatch site, in much the same way that fans of epicly bad movies eagerly anticipated “Battlefield Earth.” They do not disappoint: on its first day, the site has already declared Patrick “unfit to take the oath.” Mercy!

Aaron and Matt Margolis are young conservative bloggers, familiar in these parts for their Hub Politics site. They also run or contribute to quite a few others, local and national, and Matt has co-authored a book detailing the corruption of the country’s leading Democrats, due out soon from the outfit that also published the Minutemen founder’s book and the “Help! Mom!” series of anti-liberal children’s books. Margolis’s forthcoming tome is so good, corruption expert Tom DeLay endorsed it as “a must read for all Americans” -- two months before the authors finished writing it!

Deval-bashing is apparently more than a two-man job, so they have added local conservative blogger Devone Tucker. Tucker has not previously struck me as the Margolises’ kind of rabid Patrick-basher; he is, however, quite possibly the only 29-year-old black man in the Boston area to list Billy Joel first under “Favorite Music” on his Friendster page.

Mr. Bernstein -

Can you please post links to your dissections of these web site?

Romneyisafraud.com
HealeyisaFraud.com
KerryHealeyOutOfTouch.com
DemocratsforRomney.com

And, the always popular - BostonBillionairesforBush.com

They aren't difficult or obscure to find at all - in fact, they are all on the same BMG blogroll I use to find you!

I would be interested in your assessment of their overall literacy and personnel, as you have provided for the Margoli.

You know, I always wondered how books by prolific authors get those testimonials already printed on the book, as if they have read it...how could they read the book before it's published?

oh wait, I bet the reviewers get early drafts to base their reviews on...never mind... stupid me for being so ignorant.

Peter,

Thank you. There's nothing more deliciously ironic than your posts on blogger ethics. I'm sure you'll be applying the same standards to all of your own posts.

I can't wait to see you start issuing a post bashing straight people for each of your diatribes on gay marriage. Or even start admitting to being a Republican State Committee member when dissing liberals.

Peter, why don't you phony up a petition for a constitutional amendment to force bloggers to write about what you tell them to? You're missing a perfect opporunity to whine about how the inalienable right of nonexistant petition "signers" to restrict the basic, fundamental liberty of others is being denied.

Peter, at this moment, all over Mass residents are walking, talking, breathing, thinking without your permission and you sit here like it's no big deal! SHAME!

Peter Porcupine really should change his name to Peter Penguin. Why? Because he stinks of red herring.

That being said, I welcome the Deval Patrick Watch because it does more harm to the conservative cause than good. I mean, when your standard bearers are the Margolis brothers and D.R. Tucker (why aren't those guys volunteering in Iraq, by the way?) it can't fill you with hope for the future of the GOP.
