Globe: Ralph Martin Not Running

Well, so much for that.

A mayor is needed who will open city hall to information enquiries, a sunshine freedom of information principled mayor opening the public records of our city and opening the public meetings. Too often official and subordinates at city hall haven't observed open government principles.

Journalists could make this the important issue it is by often asking potential candidates about FOI at city hall and what can be done to make things ever more open.
