Aujourd’hui gets a new chef

We certainly don’t need another reason to indulge in a meal at Aujourd’hui (Four Seasons Hotel, 200 Boylston Street, Boston) — but the AAA Five-Diamond restaurant is giving us one anyway. Chef de cuisine William Kovel has arrived at Aujourd’hui fresh from a stint at London’s Michelin-rated Orrery; prior to that, he was sous chef at our own acclaimed Radius. Kovel’s first Four Seasons menu debuts later this month; call 617.351.2037 for reservations and information.
