It's safe to say lead vocalist Grabert and his mates will land a Best Music Poll '13 nomination or three, so the TS fanbase (dubbed "Shorties") should get those votes ready when the ballot goes live in April.

Purchase Through the Mill on disc ($15), download ($9.99) at right now, or grab a copy at the CD release show at Dusk next weekend. The excellent bill also featuring Morris & the East Coast and local badass blues crew Route .44.

"Dusk is such a great live venue, and [co-owner] Rick Sunderland has supported Torn Shorts from the beginning," commended Grabert.

"This bill is stacked and should make for a great night of live music."
