Question 4 would provide bond money for the construction of a new Veterans' Home and renovations to the existing, inadequate facilities. It's the least we can do for soldiers who have made immeasurable sacrifices for country.
Questions 5 and 6 would provide bond money for clean water and open space, vital to the state's economy and well-being. And Question 7 would provide $25 million in badly needed affordable housing bonds.
Even in tough times, Rhode Island must invest in its future.
