Making change

By DEIRDRE FULTON  |  April 21, 2010

Sinclair is currently grappling with medical marijuana laws in Detroit — laws that look remarkably like the ones we now have here in Maine. Sinclair wants to launch a “compassionate care center” that would pool resources (and plants) among growers, caregivers, and patients.

“If you want to change things, you have to take the shit in your hands and change it,” he says in 20 to Life. “Tell the people who are doing the things you don’t want ’em to do that you aren’t going to let them do it anymore.”
