A whirlwind year of dance

The thing about ANNA SOKOLOW's people is that they're alone. In Dreams and Lyric Suite, danced by the Attleboro-based Anna Sokolow Contemporary Dance Company (at the BU Dance Theater), their sexual longings are private, their schemes for relief are inhibited, and when others are present, they don't connect. Even if you don't empathize with the pathology of these lost souls, the starkness of what they do is piercing.
