A peek at Portland art shows in 2012

ROSE CONTEMPORARY will be closed most of January (except for First Friday), but will be occupied by "Genesis," an installation by Rebecca FitzPatrick, Lucinda Bliss, and Shoshannah White. February will see a sizeable gallery group show including, among others, Judy Allen, Jeff Badger, Lydia Badger, Lucinda Bliss, Luc Demers, Gabriella D'Italia, Rebecca FitzPatrick, Clint Fulkerson, Jessica Gandolf, Ethan Hayes-Chute, Adriane Herman, John Jacobsmeyer, Penelope Jones, Kim Keever, Celeste Roberge, and Carrie Scanga. In March they'll have a Flat File Print Project with Peregrine Press, Zea Mays, and the Maine College of Art, and another flat-file show in April with Portland Paper Project and Pickwick Press.
