My dining company was in the mood for the veggie wrap, called the "Veg Out" ($7.99), which looked appetizing even to me, the carnivore. Mushrooms and peppers, spinach and sweet red onions, sautéed in a white wine and lemon sauce and topped with lettuce and tomato. By all reports it was as yummy as it looked, especially with the premium side (79 cents), baked rosemary potato wedges.
As for me, among the entrées "Sesame-Blasted Salmon" ($16.99) sounded cool, but Rasta Pasta ($13.99) won the day. Grilled Jamaican jerk chicken, spicy hot and moist, was sautéed with yellow onions, tossed with a chipotle cream sauce and choice of pasta, with, bowtie the default. My rigatoni were overcooked, but the preparation was delicious, even the fresh garlic bread, if far from heart-healthy.
Dessert? None listed, none offered. Believe me, you'll be too full for more than a toothpick.
