It’s worth working up an appetite on July 17. Once you have, head over to EXCELSIOR (272 Boylston Street, Boston) for a wine dinner celebrating Honig Winery’s rare back vintages. The four-course dinner includes Taylor Bay scallop ceviche, bluefin tuna sashimi, wood-oven-roasted California squab, and char-grilled buffalo ribeye, along with tastings of Honig’s entire portfolio.
