If you’re stuck eating dining hall grub, well, lucky you — you’ve got easy access to salad bars, made-to-order meals, and sushi, all in one place. The non-profit organization World’s Healthiest Foods is a great clearinghouse for food facts and recipes.
We won’t presume to know everyone’s preferred form of stress relief, but we hope that at least one of Portland’s cultural offerings will provide a welcome distraction (check out the Phoenix’s 8 DAYS A WEEK listings for our top picks) from term papers and tests. For peace of mind on the sexual-health front, visit PLANNED PARENTHOOD OF NORTHERN NEW ENGLAND, which has its Portland outpost at 970 Forest Ave.
