GEORGE CLINTON & PARLIAMENT/FUNKADELIC | House of Blues | February 18 | At this juncture, it's important to see George Clinton and his rainbow entourage every time they swing through town. It's only a matter of time until the wheels fall off the P-Funk mothership. In 2010 we lost guitarist Garry "Diaper Man" Shider, and George himself can't possibly tour for much longer. That said, they're still the freshest traveling funk party popping, and a guaranteed good time for college kids and their closet stoner parents alike.
