Now on tour (that comes to Great Scott this Sunday) and playing with a full live band, Vallesteros calls the upcoming Craft Spells EP (working title: Gallery of Truth) "a more raw record," but with better production quality. It could be a studio record, but he's not averse to returning to his comfort zone. "I never expected it to go this far. Right now, it's surreal. I'm just writing it because it makes me feel better, 'cause I'm a hermit. This is what I do. I don't do anything else."
