GEARS OF WAR 3 | For Xbox 360 | September 20 | The season starts with a bang with the culminating chapter in the series that has defined the Xbox 360. By now, developer Epic Games has perfected the games' core duck-and-cover shooting mechanics. In the third part, gamers can look forward to new and improved multiplayer modes. They include a four-player cooperative campaign, a refinement of Gears of War 2's sublime Horde mode, and a new game type called Beast mode, in which players control the bad guys.
