The 10 TV premieres that’ll have you glued to the tube this fall

PERSON OF INTEREST | CBS | September 22 @ 9 pm | Another year, another crop of police procedurals. There are usually a couple that rise to the top, and maybe this year it will be Person of Interest. It's created by J.J. Abrams and Jonathan (brother of Chris) Nolan and carries a Philip K. Dick–ian premise: the great Michael Emerson (Lost) has some sort of crime-predicting machine, and he dispatches Jim Caviezel to go after future perpetrators.
