Tearing into a moo cow here is a socially responsible experience, since the steak house exclusively serves the all-natural, humanely raised Brandt beef, which comes from California and is free of hormones and antibiotics (and presumably died happier than your average steer). But enough PC stuff. The steak here will melt in your carnivorous mouth, with-out much work on the part of your bicuspids. Round off your tenderloin or porterhouse with some creamy bleu-cheese mashed potatoes, truffled tater tots, or ginger beets. The wine list is an orgy of American vintages that will pair perfectly with your steak.
