We are a far more wised-up generation, but something about the studied romance of World War II-era cultural artifacts is still compelling in the spring. This week, given that a boatload of planets are in defensive Cancer, pursue your passion (just remember that Mercury is retrograde, so you could ask for the opposite of what you want).

Waxing moon in Leo. Working with kids, or doing a massive PR push, occupies the energies of Leo, Sagittarius, Aries, and Capricorn. But it’s also a day of “loud mouthism,” so Taurus, Scorpio, and Aquarius could take personal offense. (Let’s all be nice to them, okay?) Gemini, Cancer, Libra, and Pisces: cut through the chatter you hear — the random boasting — and find an opportunity to be generous to others. You’ll reap rewards later.

Waxing moon in Leo, moon void-of-course from 7:14 am until 12:26 pm when it moves into Virgo. “Big talkers” dominate the morning, and so-called “experts” could turn up in the afternoon. Gemini, Sagittarius, Taurus, and Pisces: don’t get stirred up by what you perceive is disrespect. Virgo: today through Tuesday will fill you with mixed impulses. Stay safe and don’t tell people, “you should be doing...”

Waxing moon in Virgo. Fine-tuning projects or improving your health (going crazy buying supplements?) is an afternoon delight. Virgo, Capricorn, Taurus, and Aquarius: be creative about “getting more,” whatever that means to you. Gemini, Sagittarius, and Pisces: don’t promise what you don’t want to deliver. Libra, Aries, Leo, and Scorpio: getting caught up in details comes easily. Just be aware if you’re being a noodge.

A turning point for events that began on or around June 8, and Virgo says “heal thyself.” Capricorn, Taurus, Virgo, and Libra: forget about the big picture — fine tune the details. Sagittarius, Gemini, Pisces, and Aries: irritation comes easily, but this isn’t your best time to take action. Scorpio, Cancer, Leo, and Aquarius: ditch the complainers — they’re all about wasting your time.

Waxing moon in Libra. A fine time to enjoy being in a relationship, or listening closely to your partner. Libra, Gemini, Aquarius, and Scorpio will have plenty of opinions, but focus could be a problem. Capricorn, Cancer, Aries, and Taurus: don’t force projects that aren’t working — this is your day or review, not completion. Sagittarius, Cancer, Pisces, and Leo: the social whirl or frantic activity keeps you on the go. But how much frenzy can you stand?

Tea for two, and two for tea — pairs rule when the moon is in Libra, and if you’re making the case for something, get a buddy. However, a case of “on the one hand/on the other hand” could beset Aries, Capricorn, Cancer, and Taurus. Libra, Aquarius, Gemini, and Scorpio could feel affectionately towards the quirky and unpredictable folks they know. Sagittarius, Leo, Virgo, and Pisces: stay on the fence.

Scorpio, Pisces, Cancer, and Sagittarius: make a romantic move — now’s the time. Libra, Aries, Virgo, and Capricorn: It may be easy to fall head over teakettle for someone who’s a little cruel (“to be kind,” they say).
