Also in today's ProJo is a short unbylined piece describing how Providence Parks' czarina Alix Ogden has gotten the nod as David Cicilline's Operations' chief. This is no small news, since her brief will certainly include preventing a reoccurence of anything resembling the December 13 snow mess.
