A .75-mile swim, 15.5-mile bike ride, and 4.2-mile run. Check-in is 6:30 to 8:30 a.m., with pre-race meeting at 8:45 a.m. Race begins at 9 a.m. at Carry Beach. Pre-registration required; deadline is Aug. 6. Registration is limited to the first 325 registrants. Fee $30, $60 for a three-person relay team.
