This chamber music series, under the artistic direction of Daniel Stepner, is celebrating its 35th season featuring Baroque, Classical, and Romantic music performed on period instruments. Concerts at the Daniel Arts Center at Simon's Rock College in Great Barrington are at 8 pm. Concerts at the Olin Auditorium at Bard College in Annandale-On-Hudson, NY are at 5 pm. Concerts at the Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute in Williamstown are at 3 pm. Tickets are $35, free for up to two children ages six to 12 with each purchase of an adult ticket. Student rush tickets are $10 and are available at the door 30 minutes before concert time. Senior tickets are $30 for the Daniel Arts Center and the Clark and can be purchased in advance.

The Boston Early Music Festival and Exhibition (BEMF) began on June 11 and runs through 17 at various venues throughout Boston. It includes concerts, family-day programs, public symposia, and master classes. The exhibition consists of a trade show for instrument maker; exhibitors of rare books, prints, manuscripts, and antique instruments; record companies; publishers; accessory manufacturers; demonstration recitals; and workshops. There will also be panel discussions -- and more. This year's theme is "Feast of the Gods." Concerts are held in Emmanuel Church, the Old West Church, and the New England Conservatory's Jordan Hall.
