The festival's ninth year celebrates "Filmmaking on the Edge" with more than 50 screenings, symposia, and gala celebrations. Special receptions and parties scheduled from June 13 through 17. This year's festival will feature a award ceremony honoring filmmaker Todd Solondz and a "Family Night with Kathleen Turner and John Waters," as well as the now-traditional Xanadu sing-along, and "A Night at the Drive-In" (featuring John Waters's Serial Mom), on June 14. Also on the bill will be Sleeping Dogs Lie, on June 17, directed by Bob Goldthwait. Among the 60 or so other films on offer, you get something called I Want Someone To Eat Cheese With, featuring Sarah Silverman and Amy Sedaris.
