Museum also features the Wyeth Center, the Farnsworth Homestead, and (in nearby Cushing, Maine) the Olson House, where Andrew Wyeth painted some of his best-known works. Main museum, Wyeth Center, and Farnsworth Homestead open daily from 10 am to 5 pm. Olson House open Thurs through Tues from 10 am to 5 pm, Wed until 8 pm. Museum and Homestead admission is $12, $10 for seniors and students, free for children under 17 and Rockland residents. Free admission to the museum on Sun before 1 pm. Olson House separate admission $5, free when combined with main museum admission.

This museum is devoted exclusively to Sub-Saharan African tribal art. The museum's collection includes over 1500 pieces ranging from carved wooden masks to copper allow figures. Open Tues through Fri from 10:30 am to 4 pm, and on Sat from noon to 4 pm. A $5 donation is requested for admission.

A small museum dedicated solely to 20th-century American art located in picturesque "Narrow Cove," with more than 1300 pieces in its collection. Open July 1 through Oct 31, Mon through Sat from 10 am to 5 pm, and Sun from 1 pm to 5 pm. Closed Labor Day and Aug 20 through 24.
