Best Sports Bar

Game On

Though GAME ON! is situated on prime real estate at the corner of Lansdowne Street and Brookline Avenue, it doesn’t pay homage only to the Sox. This sports bar-meets-lounge has almost 100 televisions on which to catch every game, and the well-stocked bar mixes tasty cocktails alongside the obligatory draft beers you expect at a Beantown sports spot. What’s more? Game On! recently teamed up with Ace Tickets and will shell out tickets to just about every must-be-there Boston home game — from the Sox, to the Bruins, to the Celtics — offering patrons chances to see their favorite hometown heroes (or bums, depending on the day) play live. That’s just one way that this Fenway mainstay really steps up to the plate.
