And you never know what kind of Jail Bait (a lovely little pomegranate mojito) is waiting to pounce. Other scofflaws include dudes on the lam or Doing Thyme (a nefarious blend of Bombay Sapphire, apple cider, blueberry jam, and prosecco). So remember, leaving the bar with a new phone number is a plus. Leaving the scene of a Perfect Crime (vodka, St. Germain elderflower liquor, and a sweet puree of lychee) is just bad form.
