There are no boys allowed at HEALTHWORKS FITNESS, but that doesn’t mean the Pilates classes at this ladies-only facility lack balls. With locations in Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Chestnut Hill, and Salem, there is no excuse not to check out one of 10 gut- busting, flab-fighting Pilates offerings on tap. While there, check out a little something the Healthworks gang likes to call Forza, a Japanese sword-fighting-inspired workout. That’ll keep the boys in their place — outside.
