For that reason and so many others, the mostly Asian-operated BERKELEY COMMUNITY GARDEN in the South End is Boston's premier spot to roll and burn a spliff. Stretching from Tremont Street to Shawmut Avenue, the path is the ideal length to choke through an entire joint if walking at stoner speed. Just remember: it's no longer criminal to carry less than an ounce, but burn at your own risk.
