The Tinfoil Man (whose real name is Robert Wilson) won this category last year, but — despite a recent appearance at Empire — an informal survey seemed to indicate that his presence in town is not what it once was. Has he moved on, pimping his shiny sculptures in greener pastures? If so, his hold on Portland's imagination remains strong.
