Amigo's

Asher Shryock, Amigo's bar manager, swears it's not the pitchers, or the scene engendered by the crushing crowds of hipsters that make this dive special (although all that helps). It's her margaritas, around which a growing cult has emerged. Shryock makes them tangy, salty, and stiff. She makes God's margarita.
