Is it surprising that the joint with the best deal on liquid courage (a PBR and a shot of Evan Williams whiskey for $4) was also voted Portland’s best pick-up spot? We think not. Other influential factors include the dim lighting, sleek décor, and young, attractive clientele. The White Heart is this town’s place to see and be seen; we’re lucky that it’s possible on the cheap.
