Yosaku

With so many options in town, Portland's raw-fish fans can be fractious, but Yosaku is the consensus favorite. The gargantuan eponymous roll is an incredibly satisfying use of tempura and spicy tuna, and we're forever amazed by how that patio — abutting a five-corner intersection — still seems so serene.
