Tina Smith is the kind of person you want on your side. She's tough and smart, and dedicated to progressive values. The latest example of her be-everywhere-at-once-ness is the new bi-weekly Port Veritas Spoken Word Night for Youths, which she hosts at the Meg Perry Center. She may have lost last year's city council election, but she's won our trust.
