Beef. It’s what’s for dinner. Portlanders are tickled pink in the center by Norm’s. Try the steak salad: just about every food group is on the plate, with enough protein for a decent workout, but, happily, not nearly enough to take the edge off of Norm’s famously strong cocktails.
