It should be noted that the bar has been in existence since the 40"s and been owned by present owner (Hogan) for over 30 Years with out needing additional parking. The area is only getting better with the Stockyard, The new WGBH building, The Boston Sports & Ski Club. As well as the remodeled Portsmouth Street Playground and the New Balance store. As Tom says there is so much potential for a new owner who wants to take advantage of all the bar can offer. Along with the entertainment license it has an active Food License which the new owner can use to reopen the closed kitchen. The new owner has so much potential to approve the business. Here's wishing the new owner all the best.

It should be noted that the place has existed as a bar since the 40's and with the present owner (Hogan) for over thirty years and parking has never been an issue. Between all the new businesses in the area along with the Stockyard,New WGBH offices,New Balance Factory Store,Boston Sport & Fitness and the Remodeled Portsmouth Street Playground the area is only improving. Good luck to who ever purchases Hogans Run!
