Ever been so disgusted by a sequel to one of your all-time favorite movies that you wish they’d never bothered? Think Caddyshack II. Well, that’s what Wu-Tang fans were fearing when buzz started percolating that Raekwon was plotting a sequel to Only Built 4 Cuban Linx. We hoped for the best, prepared for the worst. What a pleasant surprise, then, when he stomped all over our low expectations, crafting the greatest Wu release in more than a decade, Shaolin vs. Wu-Tang (Ice H2O). Raekwon follows fellow Wu Inspektah Deck’s gig last week in Worcester with Boston’s own Darth Vader, Reks.
