Bohemian Bacchanalia
Jan 7
2 Arrow St, Cambridge, MA
(view map)
Convinced that our city’s circus-arts revival is “so 2010”? Think again. The Boston Circus Guild is setting out to prove its artistry is here to stay with the promise of “carousing and merrymaking” aplenty at its two-night Bohemian Bacchanalia blowout, which will offer the Emperor Norton’s Stationary Marching Band, Rogue Burlesque, Vadalna Dance Company, A Different Spin, and other local troupes specializing in the daring and strange. That means juggling, acrobatics, hooping, aerial feats, and the now ubiquitous burlesque routines at Oberon.
Featuring Emperor Norton’s Stationary Marching Band, with a premier troupe of acrobats, burlesque and belly dancers, aerialists and other performers from the Boston Circus Guild
