How much do you work out?
If you consider dancing working out, I do it two to three times a week.
Do you watch what you eat, or does this body just come naturally?
I definitely don’t watch what I eat at all. I eat everything in sight. There’s no time to watch with me — it’s gone before it hits the table. So I guess it comes naturally.
What’s your favorite guilty-pleasure food?
Spinach dip. I like to think because it has spinach in it, I can eat a lot of it and it’s okay for me. Never mind all the cheese and the salty chips. That’s what I like to believe.
You’ve got a great body now, but did you ever go through that “awkward” stage?
Ooh yes, I had an awkward stage. It lasted,like, three years of high school. I was flat everywhere and such a tomboy!
If you could have anyone else’s body, whose would it be?
Jessica Biel or Sarah Shahi — they both have amazing bodies!

Lunges.

What’s the best body compliment you’ve ever received?
It was the first day of senior year of high school and that summer I finally filled out in all the right places. I walked by a group of boys that were my friends and one of my friends who used to tease me about being so skinny and flat screamed out,“Damn, Nicole! What did you do, drink a bottle of Miracle Grow over the summer?” It embarrassed the hell out of me, but at the same time I took it as a compliment.
What do you consider your best body part?
I love my boobs. I wished for them for so long and they finally grew and I love them! They’re pretty awesome!
