How much do you work out?
Two to three times a week, depending on my motivation level. The trainers at Gold’s Gym in Medford are the best! Jason keeps me in good shape; he can make anyone look good.
Do you watch what you eat, or does this body just come naturally?
I eat pretty healthy during the week. Usually salads, fruit, and fish, and on the weekends I eat whatever I want. That way I never feel deprived.
What’s your favorite guilty-pleasure food?
There are so many. I love pizza, French fries, Mexican food, cheeseburgers, chocolate, and ice cream: mint-chocolate-chip.
You’ve got a great body now, but did you ever go through that “awkward” stage?
I’ve basically been the same height and weight since I was 13. I hated being 5’8” in junior high; it seemed like an eternity for everyone to catch up. But after that, I loved it.
If you could have anyone else’s body, whose would it be?
I’d love to look like Madonna when I’m in my 40s. She had two kids and looks better than she ever has. Her body’s amazing!
Favorite exercise?
I love yoga. It’s definitely stimulating for the mind and body. I have a ton of energy and it helps keep me grounded.
Least favorite exercise?
The treadmill. I hate being bored; it’s torture for me.
What’s the best body compliment you’ve ever received?
“Nice bum, where ya from?”
What do you consider your best body part?
I have cute feet.
