It's been another wicked year for the Insane Clown Posse: they flipped mad wigs with a high-profile Jack White collaboration; they led thousands of wayward youths to another massive Gathering of the Juggalos; their entire fanbase was declared a criminal organization in the FBI's annual gang-threat assessment; and, best of all, they earned the top spot in the Phoenix's prestigious 2011 Unsexiest Men list. On December 31, the Posse will take over the Worcester Palladium for the first-ever New Year's Ninja Party, a night of wrestling, rapping, and general Juggalo revelry. ICP honcho Violent J was kind enough to give me a dingle and chat about the big event, the Unsexy list, and the year in Insane Clowning.

WHAT KIND OF FAMILY FUN CAN WE EXPECT FROM THE NEW YEAR'S NINJA PARTY? Juggalo family fun. That's about the only kind of family fun. We got some really cool stuff planned: a lot of JCW Wrestling, we got Blaze Ya Dead Homie playing a concert, the Dayton Family, Ill E Gal; we got DJ Mike E. Clark, who does an incredible set. We also got the Mad Scientist, and his set is a lot of fun. We got some surprises that I can't mention. And we got poppers and balloons and confetti, and all the good stuff.

I've been to some New Year's events in the past, and I've seen some people up on stage go, "Oh, so I guess New Year's came during that song we were playing, so happy New Year, everybody." We're not down with shit like that. We're going to do the whole official countdown.

THERE WERE A LOT OF UPS AND DOWNS FOR THE JUGGALO FAMILY IN 2011. ANY RESOLUTIONS FOR 2012? There's been a lot of ups for Juggalos this year, I don't know of any downs. Things seem to be going incredibly good. We have a new album coming out early next year, and we're getting ready to make some noise. As for resolutions, I would say to make this our loudest, most successful album. And I'd like to see Juggalos taken off the FBI's gang list.

How could Juggalos be a gang? I don't understand that. What makes Juggalos a gang any more than the KISS Army or Justin Bieber's Beliebers?

BY PURE VOLUME, BIEBER FANS MUST COMMIT MORE CRIMES EVERY YEAR, BUT IN THE NEWS YOU NEVER READ "BIEBER FAN KNOCKS OVER LIQUOR STORE." Exactly. I think that's one of the most unfair things that's ever happened to us. A lot of younger Juggalos, they may have been proud Juggalos until their parents read that shit, and now they're like, "What are you part of?" Not to mention other gangs fucking with them. Other gangs read that shit and go, "Oh, you trying to be a gangster?" They probably catch that shit at school or at their jobs, real gang members fucking with them because of it. That sucks, man.

I used to say, "If they think we're a gang, fuck 'em, so what? We are a gang." But I didn't realize that they actually really thought that!
