Tony Maws sure does like a challenge. On August 21, the chef/owner of CRAIGIE STREET BISTROT (5 Craigie Street, Cambridge) presents the first-annual Farm-Fresh Funky Feeding Frenzy, a five-course dinner featuring locally grown, fresh, and organic ingredients. In fact, Maws says that everything on the menu will have been grown or caught within 75 miles of Craigie Street, and every herb and vegetable will have been picked within 24 hours of the dinner. The cost is $85; an additional $50 gets you Maws’s personally selected biodynamic and organic wine pairings. Call 617.497.5511.
