How much do you work out?
Well, to be honest . . . I never used to be a big fan of the gym. But once I started going and started to see the benefits … now I feel guilty if I don’t get myself there at least a couple times a week! But, trust me, I still definitely have off days!
Do you watch what you eat, or does this body just come naturally?
Oh, I definitely watch what I eat! I’m always reading the nutrition labels whenever possible, and I try to not eat high-fat foods.
What’s your favorite guilty-pleasure food?
Pink vodka sauce on everything! Cheese! Enchiladas! Peanut butter … I could go on forever!
You’ve got a great body now, but did you ever go through that “awkward” stage?
I don’t know if I ever went through an Official Awkward Stage, but I think everyone has times when they feel uncomfortable with their bodies, and I’ve definitely been there.
If you could have anyone else’s body, whose would it be?
I like Shakira’s body! She works so well with what she’s got!
Favorite exercise?
I would say lunges; they’re hard, but I swear they’ll change your whole body!
Least favorite exercise?
I absolutely hate cardio!
What’s the best body compliment you’ve ever received?
My boyfriend tells me I have the best buns in Boston; you can’t get much better than that!
What do you consider your best body part?
Oh God! Let’s just say my smile.
