How much do you work out?
I try to work out every day, at least a run, usually some kind of gym workout.
Do you watch what you eat, or does this body just come naturally?
I do watch what I eat. I tend to skip a lot of meals. Most meals, I tend to lean towards fish or chicken. Very rarely — almost never — fried foods.
What’s your favorite guilty-pleasure food?
My guilty pleasure would have to be Cheez-Its. It’s very rare a day goes by that I go without my Cheez-Its.
You’ve got a great body now, but did you ever go through that “awkward” stage?
The only awkward stage that stands out was just out of high school, entering prep school. I was soooo skinny, the hockey coach put me on a frappe diet. My playing weight was 185. I’ve been 170 for a long time now.
If you could have anyone else’s body, whose would it be?
If I had to pick, maybe Matthew McConaughey.
Favorite exercise?
Favorite exercise has to be running. Anywhere, anytime.
Least favorite exercise?
Any kind of stretching.
What’s the best body compliment you’ve ever received?
I don’t usually get body compliments.
What do you consider your best body part?
I’d have to say my legs.

How much do you work out?
Twice a week. On occasion more, but, unfortunately, typically less. However, my New Year’s resolution is forcing me to make it more of a priority.
Do you watch what you eat, or does this body just come naturally?
I love all food, so I don’t discriminate, but I eat a solid variety which contributes to a healthy diet.
What’s your favorite guilty-pleasure food?
I have a crazy sweet tooth. Chocolate-chip ice cream in a cone (or two or three of them!). Chocolate molten cake from Lucca, Finale cheesecake, Cookies and Cream plate at Great Bay.
You’ve got a great body now, but did you ever go through that “awkward” stage?
Brace face was not a favorite!
If you could have anyone else’s body, whose would it be?
Salma Hayek. She’s exotic and voluptuous; the super-thin look is not one to envy.
Favorite exercise?
Bikram yoga; it’s my stress reliever.
Least favorite exercise?
Running on the treadmill … the monotony kills me.
What’s the best body compliment you’ve ever received?
“You have muscular legs — are you a runner?” Nope, I’m not a runner, with no personal trainer to speak of . . . other than chasing after Billy!
What do you consider your best body part?
I would have to say my smile (guess that’s not a body part) … mouth? I love a big “cheese” for the camera.
