CRAFT SPELLS | Listen: "Still Left With Me" | It's odd that Beach Fossils are getting more "breakout buzz" in 2012, because we're pretty sure they owned Austin last year. So we'll skip over them to hype the next-in-line off Captured Tracks, Craft Spells. The West Coast act, born as a bedroom project of Justin Vallesteros, weathered early-'80s New Order comparisons and emerged unscathed. He now seems ready to stake his own claim to bouncy love-pop, and new EP Gallery should do the trick.
