Another fancy hotel dining room gone over to the steakhouse side, with another name chef (Jamie Mammano of Mistral) providing gourmet cred. Mammano's magic is mostly in the appetizers, such as sushi tuna tartare and lobster salad, while the steaks, trimmings, and desserts are just expensive. Save your money for fish specials, such as the Mediterranean corvina, or "cheap out" with a Wiener schnitzel and something off the 25-page wine list. The room now looks like a modern New York apartment, so dress in beige or black to blend in.
