ProgramDirector ?LivingandRecovering Community (LARC) andSupportiveHousingPrograms Deliver services; develop and maintain all program operations; and report to the Division Director for weekly supervision, clinical and programmatic assignments. Requires a master?s in SocialWork, Pastoral Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling or related field; or a bachelor?s in these fields with extensive management or clinical training; or 5+ years? experience in addiction recovery or AIDS client services. Budget development, implementation and monitoring experience; and 3+ years? supervisory experience also required. MentalHealth/ SubstanceAbuse Coordinator Ensure the highest quality clinical support services for residents of the Supportive Housing Program; provide specialized mental health/substance abuse direct care clinical services; coordinate clinical support services. Requires master?s in Counseling, SocialWork, Education, Pastoral Counseling or Rehabilitation Counseling; 5+ years? experience with clients with a substance use disorder, mental health issues or HIV/AIDS; strong managerial and supervisory experience; a valid MA driver?s license and full use of a vehicle. LICSW preferred. HIVServices Coordinator Provide comprehensive delivery, coordination, and reporting of HIV/AIDS services, specialized technical assistance and staff support, and delivery of case management to residents of the recovery homes. Requires bachelor?s; three years? case management experience in the field of addiction, HIV/AIDS, homelessness and/or housing support services; RN licensure; a valid MA driver?s license with a good driving record; and strong computer (MS Office) skills. LICSW preferred. TechnicalAssistance Specialist Assists non-profit organizations in Supportive Housing operation, management, and stabilization. Requires bachelor?s; 3+ years? experience with organizational development and management of non-profits and/or special needs supportive housing operation; strong knowledge of federal housing programs and regulations; good research, interpersonal, training, presentation and computer skills. All positions require demonstrated competence in service coordination and networking with other human services and health care providers; and strong organizational, writing and communication skills.
